Epuramat: Mobile Box4Water treatment plants

The Box4Water from Epuramat is a complete treatment plant in a 20-foot container. This huge reduction in space compared to traditional plants is solely attributable to the Epuramat ExSep primary treatment module (patent pending). The highly efficient and space-saving primary treatment delivered by the Extrem Separator greatly simplifies and eases the treatment in the subsequent processing stages. The technology makes it possible to produce small, simple and user-friendly treatment plants that require very little maintenance.

The container construction delivers a considerable number of benefits: mobile installation via simple, secure transportation; rapid availability of the standardized modular container; no long-winded, costly process of building a drainage system because of the decentralized treatment solution; minimal running-in time when commissioning.

The 20-foot version of the container can deliver a throughput volume of up to 2,500l/h. This a population equivalent (PE) value of 200. The Box4Water is also available in a 40-foot container size for a throughput volume of up to 10,000l/h (population equivalent value of 1,000).
