
David Din studied Marketing and Management at the University of Zurich, and then acquired a Post Graduate Diploma as a "Chartered Financial Analyst" (CFA). For many years, he worked for the Swiss Bank UBS in Zurich and Luxembourg. During the course of his career, where he started as a Trainee for Junior Key People in the Investment Banking, Stock Trading, Portfolio Management and Financial Analysis sectors, he was given the responsibility of acting at the Bank’s HQ as a Buy Side Analyst for stock options from US technology companies.
He then moved onto the Management Board of the English Bank Schroders in Zurich. In 2001, he took on a specialist role as a Partner at the Capena Group, a Swiss consulting company, involved in offering support consultation for business start-ups. In 2005, he founded what we now know as Epuramat S.A. as joint CEO with Achim Kopmeier – based in Luxembourg.

Achim Kopmeier has a Degree in Civil Engineering. Supported by a scholarship from the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Bonn, he studied at the Saarland College of Technology and Management, majoring in Water Management and Traffic Engineering.
He worked for eight years in the blast furnace sector. He rose quickly from the initial role of trainee to that of construction manager, and was responsible for waste processing, street and drainage construction sites. In three and a half years, he became the youngest project manager at Hochtief Umwelt, leading a number of big international projects. Achim was then made manager of the Hochtief Umwelt office in Saarbrücken. He then moved on to head the Luxembourg branch of the German construction company Löw. Later on, he worked for the Luxembourg consultancy firm Best, where he headed site management and catenary projects in the local public works sector. In 2005, he founded what we now know as Epuramat S.A. as joint CEO with David Din - based in Luxembourg. Achim has now taken on the role of Chief Technology Officer.

Robert Dennewald is a qualified construction engineer with a Masters from the University of Lüttich. For more than ten years, he worked as a construction engineer for ARBED in Luxembourg, occupying various roles, including as consultant to Trade ARBED in New York. Robert Dennewald then worked for several years as Managing Director of Matériaux S.A. and Dyckerhoff Luxembourg S.A.
Today, Robert Dennewald is a partner of LBO Luxembourg SC and CEO of Eurobeton S.A., Tetris S.A. and COLLOT Produits TP S.A. He is President of a range of companies, including Chaux de Contern S.A., CTI S.A. and e-Kenz S.A. He is also on the Board of ING Luxembourg S.A., Site Industriel S.A, Préfalor S.A. and LBO Investments S.A. In addition to various directorships, Robert Dennewald is Vice President of the Fedil Chamber of Trade and Industry in Luxembourg. Robert Dennewald is a member of the Epuramat S.A. Supervisory Board.

Ilya A Golubovich studied Industrial Engineering at Stanford University, California. Amongst other roles, he worked as an energy market analyst at the London office of Louis Dreyfus Commodity Trading and project manager for the Siberian Internet company Sibintek at its two sites in Novosibirsk and Moscow.
Ilya A. Golubovich is a Member of the Board of JSC Russian Investors Private Equity Group and the LinxLogic Business Software Corporation (Los Angeles, California). He is a partner of I2BF Venture Capital, founded in 2005 at Menlo Park, California. The company specializes in technology-oriented Cleantech investments, such as bio energy projects in North America and Eastern Europe, for example. The company also supports its portfolio companies in terms of both finance and business development with the aim of generating healthy, secure and sustainable growth. Ilya A. Golubovich is a member of the Epuramat S.A. Executive Board.
